Start with the work that needs you.
Needs me brings decisions, urgent alerts and handovers into one place. Rocky's morning summary explains what happened while you were away, so you can start with context rather than reconstructing the night from separate alerts.
A decision inbox for the support day
Review what needs a person, decide what to handle now and make a deliberate choice about the rest. Group related work, snooze it for later or dismiss it where appropriate.
- Keep approvals, urgent findings and Rocky's handovers visible.
- See the proposed change, risk and relevant evidence before deciding.
- Follow the incident and conversation when a warning needs investigation.
What was fixed. What was left alone. What needs a person.
The morning summary records Rocky's work over the previous day, including fixes and the items he did not change. The morning summary is available in the app and on your phone; we will confirm the enabled schedule and notification route for your setup.
- Review the result and any verification that is still missing.
- See watched conditions without treating them as resolved.
- Open the remaining work with Rocky's findings and attempted steps.
A stopped service and a server that needs you
For example, a workstation service stops. Where the reviewed fix is enabled and permitted, Rocky restarts the service and checks that it is running. A server that stops checking in goes straight to a person as urgent. Both are visible in the morning record.
- Set thresholds, routing, quiet hours and escalation for the support you provide.
- Only urgent notifications reach the phone by default; broader notification choices can be configured.
- Server handling and customer policy remain distinct from routine workstation automation.
- Phone delivery depends on the supported device, browser and permissions.
